Mariska Van Dalen: Innovating for sustainable factories of the future Mariska is a sustainability consultant at Tebodin, where she assists the industry in redesigning their production processes. With multidisciplinair teams she facilitates workshops to generate innovative concept for factories of the future. Identifying the materials and defining use periods and reuse paths inspired by the Cradle to Cradle philosophy. Next to the materials she is also looking for ways to generate renewable energy and exchange surplus in the local surroundings.
Having started her education in business economics, Mariska quickly moved on to applied science and technology. She worked on compliance of Health and Safety and found her passion for sustainability through the documentary Tegenlicht that we need to redesign our industry learning from natural systems in which waste doesn’t exist.
